Walt Disney World have today, Tuesday, February 21, revealed that Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is reopening the Spring.
At the same time they announced that the fan-favorite H2O Glow After Hours events are returning to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park on May 20, so presumably, the water park will be reopening before then, and probably much sooner!
Typhoon Lagoon at Walt Disney World has been closed since November last year when Blizzard Beach reopened at the resort.
We now know that the water park will be reopening in Spring, what is not clear is if Disney plan to announce that Blizzard Beach is closing when Typhoon Lagoon reopens or if Disney decide to operate both water parks together for the first time in years!
