Orlando loves to go big on its holiday celebrations, and that is just as true of Easter, when the theme parks and attractions really turn on the style, you can enjoy a dazzling variety of seasonal happenings and family-friendly events including egg hunts, the Easter Bunny, colorful parades, and sumptuous Easter brunches.

Walt Disney World never disappoints, and Easter at Disney World offers plenty to see and do for all the family,

from themed egg displays to an Easter Bunny Meet & Greet, Easter Procession, and Spring Trolley Show!

If you’d like to enjoy a holiday meal with your family, many Walt Disney World restaurants have special menus,

but some of the best options include the buffet spreads including Chef Mickey’s at the Contemporary Resort.

The resorts at Universal Orlando including Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, Royal Pacific Resort, and Sapphire Falls Resort all feature Easter brunch, Easter egg hunts and the chance to meet the Easter Bunny.

Outside the parks, celebrate Easter with family and friends, enjoying an Easter brunch with special menus, themed cocktails and bottomless mimosas.

For those who wish to attend a religious service, services are held on Easter Sunday, in the Fantasia Ballroom of the Disney’s Contemporary, while  SeaWorld Orlando is home to one of the most popular Easter services in Central Florida.

Every Easter Sunday, the park hosts a special sunrise service that draws literally thousands of guests.

The service takes place before the park opens, and it’s free to attend (a love offering is collected).

If you prefer a more low-key, but beautiful and touching, service, the town of Celebration hosts a sunrise service. The town is just off Highway 192, near I-4, and everyone is welcome at its lakefront Easter sunrise service.

As you can tell, we have great egg-spectations for Easter in Orlando, and we hope you’ll join in the fun.
