As summer sizzles, kick back in a tube and dip your toes in deliciously chilly, crystal-clear waters, soaking up nature’s splendor.

With the summer season now upon us, popular Florida State Parks have opened tubing in their natural springs for visitors to kick back, cool down and enjoy the outdoor beauty in the water and on the land.
Rainbow Springs State Park in Dunnellon, Blue Spring State Park in Orange City and De Leon Springs in Volusia County offer their visitors relaxing tubing experiences in their natural springs to enjoy crystal clear waters and wildlife viewing on the shores. And no tubing reservations needed.
Guests can enjoy a 2-hour tubing experience from a separate park entrance at Rainbow Springs, in sapphire blue waters and along mossy hammocks. The park is actually part of the Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail, providing great views of woodpeckers, wading birds, hawks, owls, eagles and songbirds.
Other park experiences include fishing, hiking, paddling and swimming. For more information, go to: https://visitrainbowsprings.com/
At Blue Spring, tubers enjoy waters that are 72 degrees all year round. The park is the number one Manatee Refuge and Natural Wildlife Habitat. Other popular activities include an eco boat cruise, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding and swimming. For more information, go to: https://bluespringadventures.com/
Known for its Old Sugar Mill Pancake House that dates back to the Civil War, DeLeon Springs State Park is also a great spot for relaxing summer tubing in clear spring waters. Other guest activities include boating, kayaking, hiking and swimming. For more information, go to: https://deleonspringsadventures.com/
