Volcano Bay at Universal Orlando to Remain Closed Throughout The Weekend due to Low Temperatures

Cold weather is expected over the weekend forcing Universal Orlando Resort to announce the temporary closure of Volcano Bay.

Universal Orlando Resort has announced that Volcano Bay, the resorts water park will be closed on Friday, January 13, Saturday, January 15, and Sunday, January 15, due to the forecasted low temperatures throughout Central Florida.

A cold front will deliver rain and possible storms Friday, then overnight we will see lows in the 30's, with Saturday only seeing highs into the 50's.

Walt Disney World has also announced that Blizzard Beach water park will be closed for the next three days due to the cold temperatures.

Aquatica Water Park on I-Drive will also be closed the entire weekend.
