Updated: Apr 7, 2023

We all know that Orlando is one of the best places to live in the country, and now it's official, and the lucky folks living in the North Quarter neighborhood are the ones who are celebrating, all 1,445 of them according to the census!

Niche, a website that connects people to their future schools, neighborhoods, and workplaces have compiled a list of the best neighborhoods to live in America and several neighborhoods in Florida made the list, with the North Quarter ranked as the fifth-best neighborhood to live in America.

North Quarter Orlando

As the name suggests, the North Quarter begins at the northern edge of downtown Orlando and extends to the Ivanhoe Village Main Street District. Its location, book-ended by the Central Business District to the south and Lake Ivanhoe to the north, enables residents and businesses to experience the best of urban access and village vibe, as well as immediate access to I-4.

The North Quarter District is home to a blend of restaurants, professional office towers, apartment buildings, small businesses, and an eclectic mix of single family homes used as residences and as small business headquarters.

The North Quarter received an A+ rating for its overall Niche grade and an A- for its public school rating.
