Honor The Men & Women Of The Armed Forces At The 2022 City Of Orlando Veterans Day Parade

You can honor the courageous men and women of the armed forces at the 23rd Annual City of Orlando Veterans Day Parade in downtown Orlando.


The City of Orlando’s Veterans Day Parade will take place on Saturday, November 12, 2022.


The parade will include 100 units consisting of local veterans’ organizations, members of the active military, bands, floats and more all coming together to pay tribute to those who have fought for our freedoms.

The 2022 Veterans Day Parade will open with a tribute to those who have fought for our country and defended our freedom, led by Mayor Dyer and local veterans.


The parade's theme is celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps (WAACs) and Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service (WAVEs).

Following the parade, viewers and participants can continue celebrating and honoring our veterans at the city's first Veterans Day Celebration event from 1 to 3 p.m. at Lake Eola Park immediately following the parade.


The celebration and veterans’ information fair will feature music, food and fun for the whole family.

Parade Route

The opening ceremony will take place at Orange Avenue near Central Boulevard. The parade will begin at Robinson Street and Orange Avenue, turning left on Central Boulevard, left on Rosalind Avenue and ending at Robinson Street.
