ESPN Club Permanently Closes At Walt Disney World's BoardWalk

The popular ESPN Club on Disney's BoardWalk which has been temporarily closed since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic will not be re-opening, and is now permanently closed.

Disney have announced that major upgrades are coming to the BoardWalk area over the next few years, and this includes a brand new table service restaurant and bakery, The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers

It's believed that the ESPN Club will be the location for this new restaurant.

ESPN Club opened at Walt Disney World in July 1996 and offered classic American pub cuisine, sports entertainment and shopping, along with live tv coverage of sporting events.
