The Easter buffet will feature delicious savory and sweet Latin dishes like our Ropa Vieja Hash - shredded brisket over a potato, boniato, and sweet plantain hash; Salmón Relleno - salmon stuffed with shrimp and Spanish chorizo picadillo with a mango-curry sauce; cheesy hash brown waffles with eggs, manchego cheese, and “kickin” jalapeño syrup; a create-your-own omelet station (available until 4 p.m.); Torreja de Piña - grilled pineapple french toast casserole with mango butter and maple syrup; Bollos de Canela - cinnamon rolls with applewood smoked bacon and white chocolate icing; and so much more.
