It seems like forever since it was first announced that Filipino Fried Chicken chain Jollibee was opening here in Orlando...
Everyone got excited as the announced opening in October got ever closer, then nothing, next we were told it would be December, well, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, you won't be enjoying any food from Jollibee this side of the holidays!
Now it looks like we don't even have a month for when the highly anticipated new restaurant will open, all we are being told is "early 2023".
No reason has been given for the delay, so everyone waiting to experience Jollibee's world famous fried chicken here in Orlando, will just have to wait some more!
In case you have forgotten, Jollibee is due to open at 11891 E. Colonial Drive.
The much anticipated location is just south of the University of Central Florida’s campus near the intersection of East Colonial Drive and North Alafaya Trail.
This will be Jollibee’s third Florida location, with the other two in Jacksonville and Pinellas Park.
