Shake thing's up this March with the return of The Edison Mixology Sunset Dinner Series with two March dates to choose from!

Join The Edison on the patio on Thursday, March 9 or Thursday, March 16, from 6 pm until 9 pm, for an elevated three-course menu with craft cocktail pairings as sunset paints the skies over Disney Springs.

Love to travel? Follow your tastebuds from Kentucky to Vermont and Sicily to Tokyo through dark rye, bacon, maple syrup, lemony spirits, chocolate, and more.

COURSE 1

• "The Last Rhino" - Basil Hayden dark rye, yellow chartreuse, Averna Amaro, crème de cacao.

• Served with bacon-wrapped shrimp on a bed of tempura-fried leeks.

COURSE 2

• "Wilbur’s Revenge" - Bacon-washed cask-strength Maker’s Mark, Vermont maple syrup, black walnut bitters, chocolate bitters.

• Served with bourbon-glazed riblets and succotash.

COURSE 3

• "Eastern Sour" - Suntory Toki, Japanese yuzu, egg white, lemon.

• Served with yuzu-infused sugar drop cookies.

Tickets are $75+ per person. Ages 21 and older only.
