Orlando Is The Top Destination in The Nation For Thanksgiving This Year

As travellers prepare to hit the road for Thanksgiving, the AAA reports that Orlando is the number one travel destination in the nation for Thanksgiving this year based on hotel bookings.

From theme park destinations to bustling cities, Americans are ready to crisscross the country this Thanksgiving week, and the AAA has compiled a list of the top domestic destinations based on flight, hotel, and rental car bookings for Thanksgiving.

Disney, theme parks and the chance for good weather are once again proving to be the top draw for Thanksgiving, with Orlando once again topped the list!

“Thanksgiving is all about spending time with family and friends, so it’s no surprise that theme park destinations top the list, with entertainment and meals accessible within a resort,” said Paula Twidale, AAA’s Senior Vice President of Travel.
