Conrad the tiger comes from a recommendation by the Association of Zoos & Aquariums’ Species Survival Plan.

Sumatran tigers are listed as critically endangered by the World Wildlife Fund with an estimated population of fewer than 400 tigers worldwide.

Vice President of Disney’s Animals, Science & Environment, Dr. Mark Penning shared a video of Conrad on his Instagram account.

Conrad looks like quite the character, and we can't wait to see him soon at Animal Kingdom, where you can see Conrad and the rest of the tigers at Animal Kingdom's Maharajah Jungle Trek.
