Leu Gardens Movie Night returns with the classic Mr Deeds Goes To Town

Enjoy a classic movie under the starts this Friday, February 3, 2023 in the gorgeous setting of Harry P. Leu Gardens.

Pack a dinner picnic basket and seating, alcohol is permitted.

Friday's movie is the classic Mr Deeds Goes To Town (1936)

Mr. Deeds Goes to Town is a 1936 American comedy-dramaromance film directed by Frank Capra and starring Gary Cooper and Jean Arthur in her first featured role.

Based on the 1935 short story "Opera Hat" by Clarence Budington Kelland, which appeared in serial form in The American Magazine, the screenplay was written by Robert Riskin in his fifth collaboration with Frank Capra

This movie is not rated, children under 13 years of age require accompanying parent or adult guardian.

Tickets are only available online. Tickets will not available at the door.

Cost: $7 adult, $5 child (4-17 years of age), plus tax and online fees.

Children under 3 years of age are required to have a free ticket.

Tickets available online starting January 30, 2023 until they reach capacity.

It is best to arrive 30 minutes prior to movie time due to location of the movie area in the gardens.

Check in ends 30 minutes after the movie starts.

Parking is free. If parking is full please park on main roads where it is legal or off Nebraska on Leu Gardens’ grass.
