Last night, Tuesday, March 14, members of the media and Walt Disney World Cast Members got to share a sneak peek of Happily Ever After, featuring new Main Street U.S.A. projections, before the show returns to Magic Kingdom on April 3.
So many feels!!
The fan-favorite Happily Ever After is returning to Magic Kingdom and while Happily Ever After returns exactly as it was before, it is returning with all-new projections down Main Street U.S.A. using the projection mapping system that was installed for Disney Enchantment.
Happily Ever After ended on September 29, 2021 and was replaced by Disney Enchantment, which debuted for Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebration, and it's fair to say that many guests who were fans of Happily Ever After were very vocal about their displeasure with Enchantment and the desire to see Happily Ever After return.
So to see Happily Ever After come back to Disney’s Magic Kingdom, is great news for many Disney fans, especially as Happily Ever After was supposedly permanently replaced by Disney Enchantment.
As you can see, Cast Members were very emotional seeing Happily Ever After return!
