Walt Disney World is reportedly getting ready to bring back character meet and greets without any physical distancing as soon as mid-April! Yes, we will soon be able to hug characters again!!

An official announcement is expected today, 31 March, 2022, but sources indicate guests will once again be able to hug characters sometime after Easter weekend (April 17).

The official Disney Parks TikTok account has released a short video, starring everyone's pal Mickey Mouse, indicating that non-distanced character meet and greets will be returning to Disney Parks very soon!!!

The video shows Mickey Mouse inviting us all for a hug. The caption says, “The moment we’ve been waiting for.”
