Five of Orlando’s best and brightest chefs competed for the championship title, bragging rights, and the coveted “Broth Belt” trophy.

Each contestant manned their own soup station, presenting their unique style of ramen filled with creative toppings and interesting textures for guests to sample and vote on, crowning the next Ramen King of Central Florida.

This year’s winner and recipient of the “Broth Belt” trophy, was Executive Chef Michael Cooper from The Osprey Orlando who was victorious with his Jjamppong Spicy Korean Seafood Ramen.
