A New Luxury Hotel and Entertainment Venue is coming to Orlando, next to Universal's Epic Universe

Right now work is underway at Universal Orlando Resort's brand new theme park Epic Universe, which is going to be a major draw to a brand new hotel and entertainment venue coming right next door.

National hotel developer Buccini/Pollin Group have revealed that they are brining a brand new luxury hotel to the I-Drive tourism district.

The Marriott branded W Hotel is being built right next door to Universal Orlando's brand new theme park Epic Universe, at the crossroads of Destination Pkway and Universal Blvd.

Interestingly the new 400 room W Hotel will also be home to a 2,000-seat live music venue that will offer concerts and entertainment.

The concert and entertainment venue appears to be designed to appeal to the convention trade at the less than a mile away Orange County Convention Center, and much like Epic Universe itself which Universal Orlando have already stated will be marketed to conventioneers looking for entertainment in the evening.

The hotel and entertainment venue will also be home to a 6 level parking garage.

According to Growth Spotter, the W Hotel will include five bars and restaurants, featuring a world-famous destination restaurant with 400 seats.

Atother unique feature that's planned for the hotel is an adult pool with daytime entertainment and DJ's

Work has not yet started, but the company hopes to break ground before the end of this year, however, the budget and financing have not been finalized.
