- Mon Laferte brings the “Femme Fatale Tour” to Hard Rock Live Orlando on August 9
Mon Laferte is set to ignite the stage in Orlando this weekend... Fierce. Iconic. Unforgettable! Acclaimed singer-songwriter and multidisciplinary artist Mon Laferte is currently wowing audiences across the U.S. and Canada on the 28-date, headline Femme Fatale Tour. The extensive tour kicked off on July 24 at the Place Bell in Laval, Quebec, making stops in Austin, Miami, Detroit, New York, Orlando, and more before wrapping up in Los Angeles at the Kia Forum later this year on Nov 7. Promoted by Live Nation, Mon Laferte will bring the Femme Fatale tour to Orlando on August 9, 2026, igniting the stage at Hard Rock Live Orlando with a powerful performance. The show is all but sold out, with very limited tickets still available (if you're lucky!) https://www.ticketmaster.com/event/2200646BC2AE8383 Since the appearance of the iconic “Mon Laferte, Vol. 1” in 2015 — a transformative rite of passage for the Latin Alternative genre — the singer has explored the fusion of retro rock balladry with bolero fever, trip-hop glamour, and jazz decadence. Last year, Mon Laferte dropped “Femme Fatale,” a smoldering album that was instantly hailed as one of the best Latin records of 2025. Then on June 12 this year, she released “Femme Fatale Vol. 2,” a panoramic double album that simmers with ambition. Anchored on a near-orchestral soundstage, its 20 tracks ricochet from in-your-face punk dissonance to majestic broken-heart dirges, a lovely duet with St. Vincent, rootsy folk interludes and farfisa-rich lounge. Discover the latest concert and music news in Orlando and Tampa! From major headlining tours, to local indie music nights, Florida features an eclectic music scene! Catch the latest shows at Kia Center, House of Blues, The Plaza Live, Hard Rock Live, Addition Financial Arena, Benchmark International Arena, Yuengling Center, and more. Mon Laferte’s momentum continues on the road as she brings her Femme Fatale era to audiences throughout North America. Additionally, Mon Laferte recently opened acclaimed fashion designer Willy Chavarria’s Paris runway show, delivering a striking live performance of “Femme Fatale” that merged theatrical performance art with high fashion. Known for his bold political statements and reimagining of American identity through a Chicano lens, Chavarria’s collaboration with Mon underscored both artists’ shared celebration of Latin identity, drama, and unapologetic presence. Mon’s appearance marked a powerful crossover cultural moment — positioning her not only as a musical force but as a global style and artistic icon. Mon Laferte continues to redefine what it means to be a Latin alternative superstar: fearless, genre-defying, and wholly original. Throughout 2025, Mon was the most-listened-to Mexican artist on Spotify and currently ranks among the top 500 artists on the platform. - Adega Gaucha joins Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining 2026
The Brazilian steakhouse will serve a $60 three-course prix-fixe dinner at both Central Florida locations from August 16 through September 30. Adega Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse will participate in Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining 2026 at its Orlando and Kissimmee restaurants, serving a specially curated three-course prix-fixe dinner for $60 per guest from August 16 through September 30, 2026. Created for guests searching for a distinctive Magical Dining experience in Orlando or Kissimmee, the limited-time menu brings together Brazilian-inspired flavors, premium ingredients and Adega Gaucha’s polished yet welcoming hospitality. Both locations will offer the same menu throughout the restaurant’s participation in the annual Central Florida dining program. The experience begins with unlimited access to Adega Gaucha’s signature Gourmet Table. Featuring more than 50 selections, the table includes fresh signature salads, charcuterie, seasonal fruits and vegetables, hot dishes and Brazilian-inspired accompaniments. For the main course, guests may choose from three entrées: A 10-ounce filet mignon served with rice and sautéed mushrooms, Australian lamb, featuring two double-bone chops served with Provence fries and garlic-sautéed spinach, or Risotto ai Frutti di Mare, a black seafood risotto prepared with octopus, four garlic jumbo shrimp and calamari. Dessert choices include New York-style cheesecake with strawberry sauce, creamy key lime pie or traditional caramel flan. The Latest Food & Drink News from throughout Central Florida “Magical Dining gives us an opportunity to share the warmth of Brazilian hospitality through a menu created for discovery, celebration and meaningful community impact,” said Ricardo Oliveira, founder and CEO of Adega Gaucha. “Whether guests join us in Orlando or Kissimmee, we want every course to feel generous, memorable and true to the spirit of gathering around the table.” Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining, presented by Orlando Health, is celebrating its 21st year in 2026. The destination-wide program features more than 180 participating Orlando-area restaurants offering three-course dinners at fixed price points of $40 or $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The program also connects dining with community impact. In 2026, $2 from every $60 Magical Dining meal will benefit OCA — Opportunity, Community, Ability — an organization that supports individuals with autism and other developmental differences and their families. Visit Orlando will also support six additional nonprofits serving communities throughout Orange County. Adega Gaucha’s two participating restaurants give residents and visitors convenient options on both sides of the region. The Orlando restaurant is located near International Drive, the Orange County Convention Center and Orlando’s major attractions. The Kissimmee restaurant is located along West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort area and many of Central Florida’s vacation communities. At both locations, guests experience a modern interpretation of Southern Brazilian dining in an elegant, approachable setting. Adega Gaucha is known for authentic churrasco traditions, premium fire-roasted meats, a generous Gourmet Table, tableside hospitality, curated wines and handcrafted cocktails. The restaurants also welcome birthdays, anniversaries, date nights, family gatherings, corporate dinners and private events.
