Join Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens this weekend for Party for the Planet and a two-day plant sale.

Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens in Sanford has an exciting weekend coming up, and everyone is invited to join the fun.
Celebrate the wild with Central Florida Zoo during Party for the Planet on Saturday, May 16, where the popular attraction will have tons of extra activities, games, and workshops included in your admission.
Then, gardeners rejoice as the zoo hosts a Plant Sale on both Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May
17, featuring a ton of local nurseries!
It's all happening this weekend at the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens.
Party for the Planet - May 16
Party for the Planet is a global celebration of conservation led by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA.) This annual event brings communities together to ake action for wildlife and wild places, in honor of Earth Day, Endangered Species Day, and World Oceans Day.
Spend the day at Central Florida Zoo discovering how small, everyday choices can make a big impact, both around the world and right here in your own backyard!
2-Day Plant Sale - May 16 & 17
Take conservation home with you! Shop a wide variety of plants from local vendors during a special two-day plant sale.
Whether you’re creating a pollinator garden or just getting started, you’ll find plants that help support wildlife and build healthier habitats at home.
All activities are included with Zoo admission. Come ready to explore, learn, and take action for wildlife—then leave with the tools to make a difference long after your visit.
The Zoo will open to the public at 9 am, and the Party for the Planet will continue until 4 pm. Zoo will remain open until 5 pm.
