Following a sold-out Magical Dining debut, Michelin-Starred ÔMO by Jônt introduces new $75 Prix Fixe Menu
The Winter Park restaurant extends its accessible approach to Michelin-starred dining with a new multi-course menu launching as an extension of Magical Dining.
After introducing Orlando to a new side of fine dining as the first Michelin-starred restaurant to participate in Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining, ÔMO by Jônt is keeping the good taste going. Following a month of being booked out and overwhelming guest demand, the ÔMO team wanted to incorporate an extension of this offering.
Beginning October 1st, the restaurant launched a new $75 prix fixe menu available exclusively in the Salon. Think of it as another way to pull up a chair at ÔMO, as the Salon offers a more laid-back way to experience Chef Ryan Ratino’s inventive cuisine, making it more accessible than ever.
The menu builds on the momentum of ÔMO’s inaugural Magical Dining participation, which marked a first for both the restaurant and the annual Orlando dining program: ÔMO became the first Michelin-starred restaurant to participate in Magical Dining, bringing a $60 menu to diners throughout September.
The response was immediate, with reservations filling quickly throughout the month and introducing new guests to the restaurant’s one-of-a-kind dining experience. With the Salon’s new prix fixe menu, ÔMO is carrying forward the spirit of Magical Dining, continuing its commitment to making Michelin-starred dining more accessible and giving more guests a reason to pull up a chair.
The prix fixe menu features a crudo, rice course, choice of entree, and a dessert, offering a multi-course introduction to ÔMO’s dishes at a more accessible price point. With offerings that may change throughout the week based on seasonal availability, the menu keeps the focus on fresh ingredients and Chef Ryan Ratino’s iconic approach to modern Japanese cuisine with French technique.
“We wanted to create something that captures what made Magical Dining so exciting for us, giving more people the opportunity to experience what we do,” says Chef Ryan Ratino. “ÔMO has always been about creating a memorable dining experience, and this new menu is an extension of the magic, allowing guests to experience our dishes in a format that remains accessible to all while still showcasing the level of technique and creativity we bring to the table.”
The prix fixe menu joins ÔMO’s existing tasting experiences, including its $195 Journey Menu and $375 Jaunt Menu that unfold around three hours. Rather than replacing the restaurant’s more immersive tasting menus, the $75 prix fixe provides a shorter, more flexible option in the Salon for diners looking to experience Michelin-starred cooking at a lower price point.
Whether it’s a first taste of ÔMO or a new way to enjoy a favorite, the prix fixe invites food lovers of all kinds to pull up a chair and experience Michelin-starred dining on their own terms.
