Inspired by Paramount Pictures' iconic Top Gun (1986) and Top Gun: Maverick (2022) films, a fully immersive attraction is poised to become one of the most innovative, immersive, and pulse-pounding experiences ever created in themed entertainment, and it could be coming to Orlando.

Advent Allen Entertainment and Paramount have teamed up to create one of the most innovative, immersive, and pulse-pounding experiences ever created.

Set to debut in 2028 on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip at The Strat Hotel, Top Gun Las Vegas will redefine the concept of location-based entertainment. The multi-level destination will feature the Hard Deck restaurant and bar, multiple interactive zones, and a high-performance flight-themed thrill ride fusing cinematic storytelling, precision motion technology, and immersive media to deliver an experience that rivals the intensity and exhilaration of the blockbuster films themselves.

But wat about Orlando? Read on....

Keep up to date with the latest news and updates from the attractions in Central Florida, including Fun Spot America, Gatorland, Island H2O Water Park, WonderWorks Orlando, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Crayola Experience, ICON Park, Wild Florida, Kennedy Space Center Visitors Center, and more.

Advent Allen Entertainment is already evaluating future Top Gun locations, including a potential flagship destination in Orlando, Florida.

"We're incredibly optimistic about what's ahead and grateful for our ongoing partnership with Paramount," said Bill Allen, Co-Founder of Advent Allen Entertainment. "This is just the beginning — together, we're taking Top Gun into the stratosphere."

Top Gun has had a resurgence since the success of Top Gun: Maverickin 2022, and Paramount is hoping that the adrenaline-packed adventure will translate to an exciting attraction that will be popular with tourists in Las Vegas, and top destinations, including Orlando.

The original Top Gun film was released in 1986, written by Jim Cash and Jack Epps Jr. The original film portrays Tom Cruise as Lieutenant Pete "Maverick" Mitchell, a young naval aviator aboard the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise, who, with his radar intercept officer, LTJG Nick "Goose" Bradshaw, is given the chance to train at the US Navy's Fighter Weapons Schoolat Naval Air Station Miramar in San Diego, California.

Produced and released by Paramount Pictures, Top Gun became a cultural phenomenon and was acclaimed for its groundbreaking visual effects and energetic soundtrack. It was followed by the 2022 sequel film Top Gun: Maverick, which takes place 36 years after the events of the first film and depicts Maverick's reluctant return to the United States Navy Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor program, where he must confront his past as he trains a group of younger aviators, among them the son of his deceased best friend.
