Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky
Expanding beyond Independence Day, the beloved fireworks show “Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky,” will play across all three nights of the holiday weekend, July 3 – 5, at Magic Kingdom Park.
The spectacular 14-minute, 360-degree fireworks spectacualr dazzles the skies high above Cinderella Castle in red, white and blue, and will be broadcast live across the nation as part of a 24-hour, multi-platform broadcast, “Disney Celebrates America,” highlighting America’s 250th anniversary events nationwide across Disney’s linear networks and streaming platforms, including Disney+, Hulu, ABC, ESPN, Freeform, FX and National Geographic.
The broadcast will end with a special evening fireworks broadcast from Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort.
The party doesn’t stop there at Magic Kingdom, throughout the 4th of July Weekend, guests can indepen-dance at DJ parties happening around the park in Frontierland, Cinderella Castle and Tomorrowland.

Witness The Flag Retreat at Magic Kingdom
Be surrounded by the sounds of “The Star-Spangled Banner” and join in to witness the daily Flag Retreat at Magic Kingdom., which takes place at 5 pm each day on Main Street U.S.A. where guests can pledge allegiance as the flag is lowered.
Since the park opened in 1971, this ceremony has honored the American flag each night as a celebratory tribute to U.S. Veterans. Military Veterans often participate in the ceremony, receiving heartfelt recognition for their service and sacrifice.

The Fourth of July celebrations kick off at 6:15 pm in Universal Studios Florida. at the Music Plaza Stage. At the Music Plaza Stage, guests can vibe to a live DJ and meet their favorite characters, while stilt walkers decked out in patriotic attire will roam the park. Plus, don't miss the Universal Mega Movie Parade and CineSational: A Symphonic Spectacular.
A special fireworks show starting at 10 pm will fill the sky over the Universal Studios Florida lagoon. Access to these 4th of July happenings is included with park admission.
Universal CityWalk
In addition to the 4th of July Celebrations in Universal Studios Florida, CityWalk is hosting a Fourth of July bash too beginning at 5 pm. A live DJ and entertainmenet will take over the Plaza and Waterfront stages, with stilt walkers in red, white and blue keeping the crowds entertained. There is no fee to visit Universal CityWalk.

Join your community in the All American Kids Parade! This down-home tradition was started by and is still hosted by the Winter Garden Masonic Lodge No. 165, in partnership with the City of Winter Garden. Kids (adults too!), wear your red, white, and blue and parade through historic downtown by foot, bike, scooter, wagon, stroller, etc. The parade loops around West Plant Street and lasts about 30 minutes. No sign-ups required, just come out and enjoy the fun waving to family, friends, and neighbors as you stroll by! Or grab a favorite curbside viewing spot and cheer on the parade as it goes by.

Grab your lawn chairs or a blanket and head to the lakefront on the Riverwalk, along Seminole Boulevard. Celebrate Independence Day in Haines City during Thunder on the Ridge, which is one of the City’s signature events. Since 1998, residents and visitors have joined Haines City to celebrate this Fourth of July tradition. With the title of Polk County’s largest firework display, Haines City strives to make this a memorable event for the entire family. They will have plenty of cold beer, food, live entertainment, children’s activities, and much more. The event takes place at Lake Eva Park which has a lot of green space and multiple play areas for kids. While the park as a lot of picnic pavilions throughout, we would suggest that you bring chairs and blankets.

Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary this Independence Day along the Tampa Riverwalk in partnership with the City of Tampa at Liberty by the Bay, one of Tampa Bay’s largest Fourth of July celebrations. Enjoy live entertainment, family-friendly activities, food vendors, the Tampa Riverwalk’s signature Boat Parade and Water Ski Show, a spectacular 250-drone light show honoring America’s 250th birthday, and fireworks.

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority celebrates its traditional Liberty Weekend Concert featuring the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra on Saturday, June 27, on Level 2 of Terminal C at Orlando International Airport. Free and open to the public.
In recognition of the Fourth of July holiday, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority will celebrate in advance with its traditional Liberty Weekend Concert featuring the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra. With a theme of a “Celebration of America’s 250th Anniversary,” this year’s concert will be held Saturday, June 27, on Level 2 of Terminal C at Orlando International Airport.
The program will begin at 6:30 pm with a prelude choral performance by Central Florida Community Arts, followed at 6:45 pm by the presentation of the Colonel Joe Kittinger Award to a distinguished local veteran for service and contributions to aviation, the country and the Central Florida community. The performance by the Orlando Philharmonic begins at 7 pm and will include patriotic favorites and American classics.
The Aviation Authority invites the community to attend the free event. Those attending the event will receive three hours of complimentary garage parking. For ease of parking, please follow the blue roadway signs to the Terminal C parking garage. When entering Parking Garage C, pull a parking ticket. Attendees will be given a validated ticket at the event. Validation does not apply to valet parking, E-PASS/SunPass or Reservation Parking.
