The DTO Restaurant program provides businesses with reimbursement for tenant improvements and rent expenses. A new restaurant is coming to downtown Orlando, with Hula Mula, a Hawaiian-inspired cafe, opening at 201 S. Orange Ave, offering a variety of coffees, smoothies, bagels, poké bowls, granola bowls, sushi and more.
