We told you a few days ago it was rumoured that Walt Disney World was resuming Minnie Van service to the Orlando International Airport this month, and now the news has been confirmed by Walt Disney World!
Limited airport service to MCO will return on December 14th, but will initially be limited to Club Level Guests only.
No date has been announced for a full rollout of the service, but it's expected to be in early 2023.
Guests who wish to book the Minnie Van Airport Service can contact Disney Signature Services, and bookings are available to schedule right now..
The new price for the returning service is $199 for a one-way trip, this is up from the previous cost of $155 for a one-way trip.
When the Minnie Van personal ride service debuted to offer guests rides between any Walt Disney World Resort hotel and travel to and from Orlando International Airport, the hours of operation for the shuttle service was for flight arrivals 7 a.m.-10 p.m. and for flight departures 9 a.m.-12 a.m.
Each Minnie Van can hold up to six passengers and eight medium-sized suitcases, with up to three complimentary car seats.
After the covid shutdown at Walt Disney World, the Minnie Vans were slow to return, only resuming service in June 2022, but with some limitations such as no airport service.
Now, permits for the Orlando International Airport service have been renewed with MCO for the next two years.
No official word yet from Walt Disney World, but expect an announcement soon.
