In addition to Taste of Space: Fall Bites! The popular after-hours Taste of Space: Marstini Shake-off! returns to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex on Friday, October 3, 2025.
Enjy an evening of cosmic cocktails at the Taste of Space: Marstini Shake-off! This year, guests will sample space-themed drinks from some favorite local bars, each paired with soundscapes and blindfolded tastings for a multi-sensory twist. The eye mask is yours to keep!
The guest bars and restaurants will craft exclusive, space-themed “Marstinis” for you to sample. With a small group, visit each bar’s station to learn about their creation, watch it come to life, and then taste it blindfolded for an immersive experience. Veteran NASA astronaut Mike Foreman, along with two other guest judges, join you on the floor to name the winner of the Marstini Experience. Plus, cast your vote to give one bar the People’s Choice Award.
Joining this year’s Marstini Experience:
Lourdes Library (2023 & 2024 Marstini winner)
The Space Bar
Playalinda Brix Project (2022 & 2021 Marstini Winner)
28 North Gastropub
