Walt Disney World have unveiled the new Walt Disney World Ambassadors for 2024-2025.

Meet Serena Arvizu and Shannon Smith-Conrad, your new Walt Disney World Ambassadors!

It was an incredibly special morning at EPCOT as Walt Disney World announced the new team who will represent more than 75,000 cast members and help bring the magic of Disney into the Florida community over the next two years during an exciting time of growth for the Orlando resort.

They’ve got a lot to look forward to with so many magical milestones on the horizon, including Disney’s 100th anniversary.

Serena and Shannon are about to embark on a unique journey that only 82 other Walt Disney World cast members have experienced

New Ambassadors,Serena Arvizu and Shannon Smith-Conrad, are replacing Ali Manion and Raevon Redding, who have been the Walt Disney World Ambassadors since 2022.
