Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza, the acclaimed Miami-born pizzeria known for its artisanal star-shaped pizzas and Michelin recognition, will open its newest Central Florida location at Waterford Lakes Town Center on Oct. 27, 2026. Bringing its signature blend of culinary craft, cultural energy and neighborhood-rooted hospitality to an east Orlando gathering place where people shop, dine and spend quality time. The restaurant, about 2,500 square feet, joins Mister O1’s existing Lake Mary, Dr. Phillips and Oviedo locations.
Founded by internationally acclaimed Italian chef, Renato Viola, whose culinary mastery earned him the O-1 visa for extraordinary artistic ability, Mister O1 has grown from a Miami Beach hidden gem into a nationally celebrated concept with more than 30 locations across Florida, Georgia and Texas. Known for dough that ferments for a minimum of 72 hours, a playful approach to flavor and premium ingredients both imported from Italy and sourced locally, the brand continues to expand across the Southeast and beyond.

The Waterford Lakes menu will showcase a range of signature and specialty offerings, from fan favorites like the Star Luca, with ricotta-filled points, to inventive creations like the Coffee Paolo, featuring Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, honey, coffee and spicy salami. Guests can also expect classic options like cheese and pepperoni, as well as standout specialties such as the Mimmo, made with spicy salami calabrese, Italian sausage, honey, basil, ranch dressing and spicy black truffle seasoning.
BEYOND THE STAR
Beyond pizza, the menu will include calzones, fresh salads, burrata served with rosemary focaccia and a lineup of desserts, including the signature Nutella Pizza. Guests can finish their pies with Mister O1’s Spicy Extra Virgin Olive Oil or White Truffle Oil and round out the meal with Italian wines and beers, from a bold Super Tuscan Ottava Rima to a crisp Mastri Birrai Umbri craft beer.
