Simply Capri, a new venture by former Patina Restaurant Group CEO Nick Valenti, is set to open just outside Walt Disney World at Disney's Flamingo Crossings on April 17, 2023.
The restaurant located at 114 Ruby Red Place,Winter Garden, promises the best of Italy’s Amalfi Coast to Flamingo Crossing where wood-fired pizza, house-made pastas, classic meat and seafood dishes, fresh salads, modern cocktails and beverages, and warm hospitality create an upscale yet casual dining experience for all.
The concept is great food made from the freshest ingredients at reasonable prices.
As well as the restaurant, Simply Capri will feature two bars, Negroni Bar, home to the best Negroni in town. Serving a variety of fresh aperitivos, lite bites, lunch and dinner.
Plus, the new restaurant location will include Spritz Bar, an outdoor bar and lounge serving a variety of spritzes and classic Italian cocktails made with seasonal fresh fruits. Also serving lite bites, lunch and dinner.
Flamingo Crossings is a shopping and dining area that is being master-planned by Disney.
It includes over 200,000-square-foot of shopping and dining near the theme parks that is available for guests, staff, and community members to use.
Dining options already at Flamingo Crossings includes PDQ, Flamingo’s Bar & Grille, Domino’s Pizza, Five Guys, Hash House A Go Go, Persimmon Hollow Brewing Co, Gyu-Kaku Japanese Bbq, Starbucks, Pieology and more.
Shopping includes Target, Five Below, Walgreens, CVS and more.
Flamingo Crossings is also home to hotels, apartments, and the newest housing complex for those within the Disney College Program.
