Gators, Ghosts, and Goblins returns for the 8th year with spooky fun for all the family.

Gatorland’s Gators, Ghosts and Goblins returns with Central Florida‘s Best Value Halloween!

Gatorland, the “Alligator Capital of the World,” is bringing back its popular Gators, Ghosts and Goblins Halloween Event for the eighth year in a row of family fun and frights!

The daytime, family-friendly event is included with park admission and takes place over three weekends in October, from Oct. 10 through 25, 2026.

Gatorland’s Gators, Ghosts and Goblins returns with Central Florida‘s Best Value Halloween!

Swamp Ghost’s Museum returns to teach guests macabre facts about vampires and mummies, related to literary works of Bram Stoker. Where else can you learn about classic literature then get scared stupid?  Meet Gatorland’s own Florida Bigfoot, Skunk Ape, and his cousin, Eddie the Yeti, as the two look like “Kid Cryptids.”  Next, hop aboard the Cryptid Express where you can seek out hidden beasties like Moth Man, Chupacabra, Jersey Devil, and more!

There’s also the return of an old favorite now in a new location!  Frank N’ Steins Oktoberfest will scare up some fun in the all-new Guzzling Gator Craft Beer Bar & Waterin’ Hole!  Then join Cyrus the Gravedigger as he unearths all-hallows hi-jinx in the Gatorland Graveyard!

All this, plus animal meet-and-greets, photo ops, and a Children’s Halloween Costume Parade with treat bags for all kids who participate.  There’s also fun shows, Live DJ, a variety of specialty vendors, games, candy giveaways, and more. Absolutely, the best Halloween value in Central Florida!

“Everyone knows we just love Halloween time at Gatorland and our entire staff works incredibly hard to put on this frightfully fun event for our guests of all ages,” says Mark McHugh, President and CEO of Gatorland. “You simply won’t find another Halloween experience like ours anywhere!”

Halloween fun is for everyone at this all-ages event from 10 am to 5 pm. Guests are welcome to wear costumes.  But nothing scary or gory, please.  Skunk Ape is easily frightened and Yeti has a weak bladder, seriously.  A special area in the Gatorland Gift Shop will feature exclusive Gators, Ghosts and Goblins Halloween Event merch including awesome T-shirts designed just for this event!

Gatorland combines Old Florida charm with exciting experiences, exhibits, and entertainment. Originally opened as a roadside attraction in 1949, the park celebrated its 75thAnniversary in 2024. Today the iconic park provides affordably priced family fun featuring thousands of alligators and crocodiles, breeding marsh with observation tower, popular capybara encounter, a free-flight aviary, nature walk, petting zoo, educational wildlife programs, award-winning gift shop, Florida’s best train ride, Gator Gully Splash Park, on-site restaurant, and one-of-a-kind shows including Gator Jumparoo, Alligators-Legends of the Swamp, and Up-close Encounters. Popular adventure experiences include the Screamin’ Gator Zipline, Stompin’ Gator Off-Road Adventure, and the Croc Rock Three-In-One Adventure.

The 125-acre award-winning theme park has been voted by Orlando Weekly readers as the Best Attraction That’s Not a Theme Park every year since 2016, Best Wildlife Preserve 2023 by Orlando Style Magazine, and Best Hidden Gem 2023 by Watermark Magazine. In addition, the Screamin’ Gator Zipline has been voted “Best Zipline in the USA” by AOL Travel and “Best Zipline or Ropes Course in Orlando” by Orlando Weekly readers every year since 2019.
