First Watch has expanded its award-winning restaurant concept serving breakfast, brunch and lunch with a new location along Orange Blossom Trail, officially open today, Monday, August 21.
The ever expanding restaurant concept, First Watch which serves breakfast, brunch and lunch are celebrating opening their latest Central Florida restaurant in Kissimmee, with another location on S. Kirkman Rd. in Orlando opening this Winter.
The new restaurant in Kissimmee is located outside the Crosslands Shopping Center at 3150 N Orange Blossom Trail brining the concept’s chef-driven menu and rotating seasonal offerings to a 4,255-square-foot space that offers indoor and outdoor seating for 250+ people.
“There’s been plenty of anticipation about what’s next for First Watch in the greater Orlando area and beyond, and we’re thrilled to share that we’re expanding our brunch experience to more of our neighbors in Kissimmee,” said Dave Gerau, Regional Vice President of Operations at First Watch. “Having been in the region for over 25 years, we take great pride in introducing the community to a new morning routine. With the latest and greatest in design, our newest Kissimmee restaurant promises to one up those expectations…and then some. We’ve loved calling Florida our homebase for four decades, and we’re excited to deepen our roots here for many more to come.”
To celebrate the opening of the new Kissimmee location, customers who dine in-restaurant during their first five days in business will receive free coffee with their meal. In addition, the first 120 customers to visit the new restaurant will also receive a custom, reusable travel mug.
First Watch’s curated menu takes an elevated approach to traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings that are made to order using only the freshest ingredients. Some of its most crave-able items include Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes.
All year long, First Watch serves an array of fresh juices in-house daily from the highest quality fruits and vegetables as well as its socially responsible and award-winning Project Sunrise coffee, which is sourced by women coffee farmers in South America, the Mujeres en Café.
The Daytime Dining concept also offers a revolving seasonal menu five times a year, following the sun to intentionally source quality ingredients, wherever and whenever they are in season. This ever-evolving menu has included items like the Crab Avocado Toast, Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict, Elote Mexican Street Corn Hash and Watermelon Wake-Up fresh juice, among many others. The new Kissimmee restaurant will offer this seasonal menu beginning in Winter 2023.
First Watch entered Osceola County in 2017 and has expanded its footprint to four restaurants across the region – in Champions Gate, St. Cloud, Sunrise City Plaza and now along Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimmee – within the last year alone. While Kissimmee is the latest in the concept’s expansion in Central Florida, First Watch has been an Orlando brunch staple for more than 25 years with over 20 restaurants spanning Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.
First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. for pickup, delivery and dine-in service. To place an order or join a digital waitlist, guests can download the First Watch App or visit firstwatch.com.
