Orlando Science Center’s most popular multi-day event Spark STEM Fest is back! Presented by: UCF Office of Research, get ready to ignite your passion for science at the 2026 Spark STEM Fest, happening at OSC from February 14 - 16, 2026.
Enjoy an unforgettable celebration dedicated to inspiring future generations through interactive experiences with researchers, engineers, and professionals. Packed with immersive hands-on exhibits and high-energy live science shows, this event will spark wonder in everyone!
Spark STEM Fest is open to people of all ages, designed to connect the public with experts and organizations from various STEM fields. The event provides a unique opportunity for attendees to get a personal and close-up look at cutting-edge science research and technology, as well as everyday applications of STEM concepts across a wide range of topics, careers, and interests.
Spark is a part of a celebration of technology and innovation that has been thriving for more than two decades at the intersection of inspiration and engagement. Beginning as Otronicon, Spark has fostered meaningful connections between the public and professionals and builds excitement for future possibilities.

UCF Office of Research
Spark STEM Fest showcases University of Central Florida’s Office of Research, and the incredible work of their researchers, professors, and students. UCF Office of Research will feature the Florida Space Institute, the Disability, Aging & Technology faculty cluster, the Institute of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation Science, and more!
Impossible Science LIVE! Shows Starring Jason Latimer – $5 Additional Ticket Required
You have to see it to believe it! Jason Latimer is a world champion magician, curator of Impossible Science at the iconic Fleet Science Center, and co-host of the Science Channel series SciJinks. Join him during Spark STEM Fest as he unites magic and science to inspire curiosity and demonstrate how the right question changes everything. From bending light to shaping water, his illusions will inspire and amaze you!
