You have the rare opportunity to join Iron Chef Morimoto on Friday, December 2, or Saturday, December 3, 2022, as he hosts 12 guests each night to a once-in-a-lifetime Momokase dining experience.
The intimate seven-course meal will be personally prepared by the Iron Chef himself and paired with rare bottles from House of Suntory’s signature Yamazaki whisky collection, at his Morimoto Asia restaurant in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World.
This includes the elusive 55 – poured from one of only 200 bottles of Yamazaki 55 in the world.
This will be the last opportunity for guests at Morimoto Asia to taste the Yamazaki 55 as quantities are limited.
“Only 200 bottles of the 55-year-old Yamasaki whisky were produced, so we are extremely fortunate to have a bottle at Morimoto Asia,” the marketing director at Patina Restaurant Group, Kyle Collins commented. “To experience an omakase tasting hosted by Chef Morimoto is a memorable experience, and we are honored that Chef will be hosting it here at Morimoto Asia.”
Other pairings will include Yamazaki 18, the Tsukuriwake Selection 2022 Yamazaki Limited Edition, Mizunara, Peated Oak, Puncheon, and Spanish Oak.
This exclusive evening is limited and only 12 tickets are available per night, at a cost of $3,000 per person.
