Ceiba at Conrad Orlando and Reyes Mezcaleria come together for an exclusive collaboration dinner

On Wednesday, September 16, two kitchens will colab on an exclusive multi-course dinner, celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month and Mexico’s Independence Day.

Join Ceiba at Conrad Orlando for an unforgettable evening of regional Mexican cuisine as Ceiba Chef de Cuisine David Montelongo Merlo and Chef Wendy Lopez of Reyes Mezcaleria come together for an exclusive multi-course collaboration dinner.

Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month and Mexico’s Independence Day, this one-night-only experience brings together three culinary talents with a shared passion for the traditions, ingredients and techniques that make Mexican cuisine so diverse. Set against Ceiba’s panoramic rooftop views, the evening will journey through distinctive regional flavors, from Chef Lopez’s Carne Apache Tostada and Lamb Birria to Chef Montelongo’s Taco Yucateco and signature Nogada de Pato.

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with selections from Ceiba’s award-winning wine list, with a wine-pairing option available to further elevate the experience.  

This exclusive celebration of Mexico will take place on Wednesday, September 16 at 6:45 pm at Conrad Orlando, 1500 Eastbeach Way, Orlando,

The cost of the multi-course dinner is $80 per person or $110 with wine pairing.
