Fuwa Fuwa, which means “fluffy fluffy” in Japanese, specializes in souffle pancakes, which are made with egg whites that are whipped to high airy peaks before being cooked at a slow and low temperature, so as to preserve their ultimate fluffy fluffiness.

Tasting like a delicate balance between a soufflé and a traditional pancake, soufflé pancakes are soft, bouncy, and light.
