Are You Ready For It? Oviedo Mall hosts Taylor Swift Day to celebrate release of The Life of a Showgirl

Oviedo Mall is hosting a community-wide Taylor Swift Day on Friday, October 3 to celebrate the release of Taylor Swift’s new album The Life of a Showgirl and the debut of her Premiere Event film at Regal Theatres.

Calling all Swifties! Oviedo Mall is transforming into the ultimate fan destination with Taylor Swift Day, a full-day celebration happening Friday, October 3rd from 11 am – 7 pm.

The event coincides with the release of Taylor Swift’s highly anticipated new album, The Life of

a Showgirl, and the debut of her nationwide The Premiere Party of A Showgirl film event at Regal

Theatres.

Guests can look forward to a day bursting with Swiftie spirit, including:

• Friendship bracelet making and exchanges

• Swiftie scavenger hunt throughout the mall

• Taylor-inspired trivia with prizes

• Costume contest celebrating Taylor’s iconic looks

• Karaoke—sing your favorite Taylor songs loud and proud!

• Shopping discounts and themed specials from mall retailers

• Plus fun surprises throughout the day

“This isn’t just about celebrating Taylor’s new album—it’s about creating a space where fans can come together, share the excitement, and feel like they’re part of something special,” said Josh Gunderson, Event Director at Oviedo Mall. “Taylor Swift Day will fill the mall with music, creativity, and community—it’s going to be magical.”

Mall retailers are also joining in the fun with Swiftie-inspired discounts and offerings, many available all weekend long from October 3 - 5, while Regal Oviedo Mall shows The Premiere Party of A Showgirl.

“Taylor Swift has a unique way of bringing people together across generations,” Gunderson added. “We want Oviedo Mall to be the place where that magic comes alive—not just in the theater, but all throughout the mall.”

Fans are encouraged to dress up in their favorite Taylor-inspired outfits, bring their friendship bracelets, and come ready for a day full of sparkle, song, and Swiftie surprises.
