Morimoto Asia’s iconic Passport Program is nearing its finale, with two final destinations to explore!

Throughout the past year, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto has taken guests at Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs on a culinary journey across 12 destinations in Asia through the restaurant’s Passport Program.

With each featured dish and cocktail, guests have had the opportunity to experience new flavors while collecting stamps along the way. Now, the year-long journey is nearing its finale, with two final destinations to explore before the program officially concludes and its winners are announced.

In August, the Passport Program travels to Indonesia, where guests can enjoy Nasi Goreng, an Indonesian fried rice featuring duck, crab and fried egg. The dish can be paired with the month’s featured cocktail, Coco-Kece, made with Bacardi rum, ginger liqueur, mandarin juice, lime juice and coconut milk.

September brings the journey to China with Dongo Pork, featuring Chinese-braised pork belly served with bok choy and daikon. The month’s featured cocktail, the Pomelo Paloma, combines Espolòn Blanco, pomelo, grapefruit juice, agave, nectar and Fever-Tree grapefruit, finished with a half-salt rim and pomelo slice.

And for guests who have been collecting stamps throughout the culinary adventure, there are some exciting rewards waiting at the finish line. Towards the end of September, guests who have collected all 24 stamps will unlock a Boston getaway, including a hotel stay, dinner for two and tickets to an event of their choice at TD Garden. Guests who have collected 12 stamps will receive an invitation to an intimate private reception with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto at Morimoto Asia.

There’s still time to join the culinary journey, discover the final two destinations and add a few more stamps to your passport at Morimoto Asia before the program comes to a close.
