  • Walt Disney World get ready to CHANGE Cinderella's Castle at Walt Disney World!

As the 50th celebrations get ready to draw to an end at Walt Disney World, it's time to speculate what is going to happen with Cinderella's Castle at Magic Kingdom. Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary celebration has been happening since October 1, 2021, and will officially end on March 31, 2023, we can expect to see the 50th statues removed, together with banners, displays, and more soon after the "celebrations" end. The big question is, will Cinderella's Castle receive yet another makeover or will they simply remove the 50th emblem in front to the clock? Or could we see a 100 Years Of Wonder emblem added to the castle? While we have no official world from Walt Disney World what their plans are, a clue has been uncovered that confirms some form of change is coming soon. A permit has been filed by Coastal Steel for Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom which lists the work as “General Construction.” The permit does not offer any clues at to what the work will be, but it's interesting to note that Coastal Steel are the company that helped transform Cinderella's Castle back in 2021 with the 50th Anniversary decor installation. It will be interesting to see what Disney have planned for Cinderellas's Castle. We really do hope that with the celebrations for the 100th Anniversary of The Walt Disney Company already underway at Disneyland, Cinderella's Castle is included in the celebrations.! So far Walt Disney World have not announced any major happenings for the 100th Anniversary, bar a Disney100 show that is set to debut at EPCOT later this year.
