Zachary William "Bill" Dess, known by his stage name Two Feet, is an American singer, songwriter, and producer from New York City. A multi-instrumentalist, Dess is one of the few artists today who writes, plays, sings, and produces all his own music in his studio. Reviewers have called his music “mesmerizing” and noted his “silky vocals, low-key beat.” He is a blender of genres and makes some of the most raw and original, emotionally alive music today. Two Feet's songs are atmospheric and moody due to spacious arrangements and muscular hip-hop-tinged beats. Dess combines a soulful electric guitar with floor-rattling bass to create his unique sound. Blues and jazz accents add backbone and exacerbate the mournful undertones of Dess’ smoky, conspiratorial voice that knows of heartbreak, anxiety, and uncertainty. In early 2018, Two Feet released his third EP, A 20 Something F*CK, which contains I Feel Like I'm Drowning, his breakthrough song that hit No.1 on Billboard’s Alternative Songs chart. Following this EP, he released the albums A 20 Something Fuck (2018), Pink (2020), Max Maco Is Dead Right? (2021), and Shape & Form (2022). His fifth studio album Drunken Fits of a Modern Age will be released in early 2026. Two Feet’s songs have more than a billion streams across Spotify, YouTube, iTunes, and SoundCloud. He’s performed on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. He has headlined U.S. and international tours to sell-out audiences. With over 8.2 million monthly listeners (2.56 million million followers) on Spotify (with a conversion ratio of 26.6%), 1.7 million subscribers on YouTube, 784,000 followers on TikTok, and 275,000 on IG, he is one of the most watched and listened to alternative, independent artists working today. - Gatorland partners with Conservation Florida for Earth Month highlighting remaining wild spaces in Florida
Collaboration between Gatorland and Conservation Florida educates the public on the critical role that swamps play in Florida ecosystem. In recognition of Earth Day April 22 and Earth Month all April long, Gatorland, “The Alligator Capital of the World,” Gatorland Global, and Conservation Florida are joining forces to highlight Florida’s rapidly disappearing wild landscapes and the urgent need to protect what remains. At Gatorland, visitors can step into one of those last remaining preserved environments through the park’s immersive Swamp Walk, a protected wetland ecosystem that offers a rare glimpse of the wildlife and habitats that once thrived across much of the state. First opened in 1978, Gatorland’s 2,000-foot scenic Swamp Walk boardwalk meanders through ecologically rich Florida wetlands. Today, it is also home to bobcats, snakes, otters, deer, and turtles — revealing what Florida’s wild habitats looked like before widespread development. To honor this legacy and educate visitors, Gatorland has revamped signage throughout the Swamp Walk, incorporating information from Conservation Florida about the importance of protecting Florida’s natural landscapes and the critical role that swamps have in Florida’s ecosystems. The new Gatorland Global Swamp Walk signage explains how swamps protect us from storm surges, provide a home to wildlife and even filter the water we drink. At Gatorland, you will take a walk through a real, untouched swamp and see what Florida used to look like and learn also about the early conservationsits who worked hard to make sure swamps were protected. Conservation Florida is an accredited, nonprofit land conservancy dedicated to conserving the Sunshine State’s water, wildlife, wild places – the places that make Florida home. Since its founding in 1999, Conservation Florida has sved roughly 45,000 acres, serving all 67 counties in Florida, by prioritizing strategic and evidence-based land protection, education and advocacy. Every $1 donation to Conservation Florida is turned into $36 of wild Florida Saved. “Florida’s wild spaces are vanishing fast, and our Swamp Walk is a living reminder of what we stand to lose,” said Mark McHugh, President & CEO of Gatorland. “Through this partnership with Conservation Florida, we want Gatorland visitors to not only experience Florida’s amazing animals up close but also understand the critical work being done to preserve these lands — and what they can do in their daily lives to help.” Discover the latest news and updates from the attractions in Central Florida, including Fun Spot America, Gatorland, Island H2O Water Park, WonderWorks Orlando, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Crayola Experience, ICON Park, Wild Florida, Kennedy Space Center Visitors Center, and more. Tips for everyday land conservation action include: Reducing personal footprint on natural spaces by following “Leave No Trace” principles. Educating friends and family about Florida’s endangered ecosystems. Participating in local clean-up and conservation volunteer opportunities. Respecting wildlife and natural habitats by observing from a distance and never feeding wild animals. Supporting conservation efforts by donating to organizations like Conservation Florida and Gatorland Global. “Our Gatorland family will be spending Earth Day and Earth Month reflecting on the beauty of our park, how fortunate we are to experience Florida Wildlife up close every day, and how incredibly blessed we are to provide refuge and a beautiful home to so many Florida creatures,” added McHugh. This Earth Month, Gatorland, Gatorland Global, and Conservation Florida invite guests to explore the Swamp Walk, witness Florida’s living history, and join the effort to protect the state’s remaining wild spaces for generations to come. The new collection of songs written by “one of country music’s most talented tunesmiths” (Billboard) includes deluxe-release “Good Ole Boy,” solo penned fan-favorite “Dog Years,” collaborations with ERNEST (“Bro Country”) and Stephen Wilson Jr. (“Bedrooms In The Sky”) and surging radio single “Favorite Country Song,” performed on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!.” Wrapping his coast-to-coast rocking Jim Bob World Tour last month, HARDY will round out the year with Country vs. Cancer, a special show benefiting the American Cancer Society, headlining alongside Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley, Lanie Gardner and McCoy Moore at the Pinnacle in Nashville. The charitable show is presented by ACS, his recently launched charity endeavor, The HARDY Fund and Whiskey Jam The pride of Philadelphia, Mississippi has earned his reputation as “a promising purveyor of keeping the spirit of classic heavy Southern rock alive” (American Songwriter), “capable of writing the big hits for radio, obstinate enough to do something completely unexpected and savvy enough to find the throughline for it all” (Rolling Stone). A five-time ACM award winner and two-time CMA award winner, HARDY has also won three CMA Triple Play awards, was named the 2022 BMI Country Songwriter of the Year and is a three-time AIMP Songwriter of the Year. He’s collaborated and shared stages with Thomas Rhett, Morgan Wallen, Florida Georgia Line and more. - Oviedo Mall launches Community Learning Series with free workshops for Seminole County residents
Oviedo Mall is offering free workshops, with the next session on April 29 focusing on a timely topic: a First-Time Homebuyer Masterclass featuring a panel of local experts. Oviedo Mall is redefining its role in the community with the launch of its new Community Learning Series, a lineup of free educational workshops designed to bring residents together to learn practical skills, connect with local experts, and engage with the community in a new way. The series officially launched in March 2026 with the first Community Classroom session, featuring Carrie Moreau of Certified Best Roofing, who provided valuable insights on hurricane preparedness— an essential topic for Central Florida residents. The next session in the series will take place on Tuesday, April 29 at 6:00 PM in Oviedo Mall’s Community Room, featuring a First-Time Homebuyer Masterclass led by Shaelyn Ingram of The Mortgage Firm. The session will include a panel of local industry professionals, including a home inspector, insurance agent, and title agent, giving attendees a well-rounded understanding of the homebuying process. Designed for renters, first-time buyers, and anyone considering purchasing a home, the workshop will provide actionable guidance and the opportunity for attendees to ask questions directly to experts. “Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, and our goal is to simplify the process and give people the confidence to take that next step,” said Ingram. According to Josh Gunderson, Director of Marketing & Events at Oviedo Mall, the initiative reflects a broader vision for the mall’s future. “Oviedo Mall has always been a gathering place, but we’re evolving into something more,” said Gunderson. “The Community Learning Series is about creating a space where people can come together to learn, share knowledge, and build stronger connections within our community.” Beginning in June 2026, the program will expand to include additional series tailored to different audiences: • Teen Talks – workshops focused on real-world skills, career exploration, and personal development for high school students • Senior Social – informative and social sessions designed for older adults • Business Basics – practical workshops for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals All sessions are free and open to the public, with seating available on a first-come basis. The Community Learning Series is part of Oviedo Mall’s ongoing effort to serve as a hub for community connection, education, and local engagement in Seminole County and the greater Orlando area. Residents are encouraged to attend the upcoming April 29 session. Early arrival is recommended. Local professionals interested in participating as featured experts in future sessions are also encouraged to apply.
