The first professional sumo league is set to make history in Orlando, with elite international athletes bringing live sumo wrestling to Central Florida.

World Elite Sumo (WES) brings “Sumo Fight Club Ⅱ” to The Venue at UCF on March 1, 2026 at 6 pm for a new era of elite combat sports.
World Elite Sumo features elite athletes who combine strength, speed, skill, and power to compete at the highest level. The innovative WES format delivers nonstop action, while live taiko drumming, dramatic entrances and full-scale fight night production enhance the spectacle. Blending tradition with intensity and entertainment, “Sumo Fight Club Ⅱ” promises an unforgettable event for fans of all ages.
Following the sold-out success of “Sumo Fight Club” at White Eagle Hall in Jersey City, New Jersey, World Elite Sumo continues its national expansion with a high-energy event designed to captivate both longtime combat sports fans and first-time sumo audiences. The Orlando showcase reflects the organization’s commitment to elevating sumo through modern production and immersive fan experiences.
