Who's ready to fly? Busch Gardens Tampa Bay's new Serengeti Flyer opens February 27!

It's almost time to experience the breathtaking thrills of Serengeti Flyer, and you're NOT going to want to miss it!


Busch Gardens Tampa Bay have announced his morning, that the theme parks latest attractions will be flying high form February 27, when the ride officially opens to the public.


Plus, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Pass Member, will get to revel in the adventures and be among the first to experience exclusive ride time on February 24!⁣

When Serengeti Flyer, swings into action it will be the world’s tallest and fastest ride of its kind.



Guests will be seated back-to-back in rows of 10 across the two gondolas shown here, allowing for 40 guests to experience the ride at once.


With each swing, riders will soar higher and higher above Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s expansive 65-acre Serengeti Plain while experiencing multiple negative-G moments before plunging back toward the Earth. Serengeti Flyer will feature twin dueling arms that soar progressively higher reaching speeds of 68 mph and a maximum height of 135 feet at the ride’s peak.
