As we head into what looks like one of the warmest weeks of the summer so far with temperatures forecast to hit the upper 90s, over at Walt Disney World they are celebrating Halfway to the Holidays this week! Ho! Ho! Ho!
Just as temperatures are set to hit the upper 90s with aheat index of at least 105 degrees for several days, Walt Disney World are getting ready to kick off the publicity for the 2023 Holiday Season!
Lat week Disney teased that announcements, sneak peeks, special treats and of course holiday fun is coming this week, from tomorrow, Tuesday June 13 - Thursday, June 15, and today, Monday, June 12 Disney have teased everyone again, posting a graphic proclaiming "Reindeer Tracker"
The image was posted with the following text...
"ATTENTION There have been reports that one of our reindeer is on the loose and has been spotted flying across the globe giving out gifts ahead of the holiday season. Please report any sightings using #HalfwaytotheHolidays and stay tuned for the latest alerts."
They then followed up with the following...
"We've just got word that the reindeer is wearing their sleigh collar with a built-in Gifting Presents System (GPS). Stand by for signal… "
This was followed up with GPS co-ordinates that lead to Southampton Island, Kivalliq Region, NU, Canada. A short time later more co-ordinates were posted, leading to Victoria Island, Canada.
This could go on all day, follow along with Disney Parks on Twitter to see where the Disney Reindeer will go next!
This week we can expect Disney to reveal the dates and details for this year's Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom, plus we should also expect a preview of this years holiday season merchandise, the limited time holiday offerings coming to the resort, and more.
