TRON Lightcycle Run Soft Opening begins with reduced hours, and Individual Lightning Lane Sold Out

Its time to enter the grid!

This morning, Monday, March 20, at 9 am, Walt Disney World soft opened new attraction, TRON Lightcycle Run at Magic Kingdom in advance of the attractions grand opening on April 4.

From today until April 2, guests may have the opportunity to ride the latest attraction at Magic Kingdom.

The soft opening gives guests a chance to ride the new coaster before it officially opens to the public, and allows Park Management and Cast Members to ensure that operational procedures are fine tuned ahead of the official opening.

As expected, TRON Lightcycle Run will operate irregular hours during soft opening, with today's hours from 9 am to 6pm.

TRON Lightcycle Run will be operating with a variable-priced Individual Lightning Lane pricing scale, today that price was set at $20 per person.

Guests who are unwilling to pay that price can join the Virtual Queue for free, while its important to remember that there is no traditional standby line for TRON.

As of 7:25 am this morning, all Individual Lightning Lane spots were sold out for today.

Also today, the first batch of Virtual Queue groups also booked out quickly this morning.

Another batch will be available at 1:00 p.m., but no more Individual Lightning Lanes will be sold for today.

During the soft opening a Virtual Queue Boarding Pass or Individual Lightning Lane Acess will be required.
