The slow summer continues at Walt Disney World as finally an EPCOT After Hours Event sells out!

Despite being introduced at EPCOT on June 1, its only now that an After Hours Event has sold out.

Much has been said in the local, national, and international media about how quiet Walt Disney World is this summer, with many reasons blamed, from the parks being too expensive now, to the heat, and being honest walking around EPCOT in feels like temps of 115 is not so fun, but whatever the reason, it's only now that a Disney After Hours event at EPCOT has SOLD OUT.

The After Hours events began back on June 1, and with light crowds in attendance during the even which happens select nights, the event has proved lukewarm at best, but now the first date to sell out has finally happened.

Thursday, July 27 is now officially a sell out, and its probably no coincidence that tomorrow is the first day of the 2023 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival.

Disney After Hours continue at EPCOT on select dates until August 24.

This specially ticketed experience occurs after the gates close for the night, extending access to attractions, with early entry into the park beginning at 7 pm.

The number of tickets for these events is limited, which means lower wait times for some of your favorite attractions.

During the event you can experience EPCOT for three hours after the gates close and get access to attractions, like Frozen Ever After, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.

You also get ice cream novelties, popcorn and select beverages—all included in the cost of this ticketed event—available at carts throughout the park.

Event tickets for EPCOT range from $75 to $149 (plus tax).
