The Hangry Bison features an assortment of appetizers, house hanghelds such as hand-built gourmet burgers, salads, and desserts.
It has been five and a half years since the first The Hangry Bison opened in Winter Park in 2018, and as enthusiasm for the restaurant grew, so did the restaurant, opening a second location in Winter Garden in March 2022, and now the chain is expanding again with news that the concept is brining its popular mix of burgers, beers and bourbon to Colonial Town Park in Lake Mary.
The Lake Mary location will be 6,330 square feet, and will feature many of the design elements that The Hangry Bison has become known for while adding a touch of modern sophistication. This will include highlighting two bars as well as an exclusive party room.
The menu will continue to reflect the Winter Park and Winter Garden locations, offering a varied selection of cocktails, whiskeys, and bourbons.
The restaurant will also hold “Hangry Hour” Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m and offer weekend brunch.
And if that's not enough exciting news from The Hangry Bison, its been revealed that they are working on expanding the chain further, with additional restaurants within Florida to be announced this Spring!
