Mount Dora Area Restaurant Week is bringing together local restaurants, cafés, breweries, and beverage stops for a weeklong celebration of the area’s growing food scene.
Did you know the Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce is launching the first-ever Mount Dora Area Restaurant Week?
The event which is designed to showcase local restaurants and encourage residents and visitors to explore the area’s dining scene kicks off Saturday, July 25 and runs through Sunday, August 2.
During Restaurant Week, participating restaurants will offer special prix fixe-style menus for lunch, dinner, or both, with lunch menus capped at $30 and dinner menus capped at $50. Restaurant Week menus will be offered in addition to each restaurant’s regular menu.
Restaurant weeks are popular across the country because they give people a reason to try new places, revisit old favorites and support local restaurants during slower times of the year.
For a first-year event, 27 participating restaurants, cafés, breweries and beverage businesses is a huge response, with the restaurant community embracing this first-time event. Discover special menus, combos, tastings and limited-time offerings.
Locals and visitors are invited to explore the menus, pick a favorite, try somewhere new and make dining plans with friends or family. and help turn a new concept into a full nine-day celebration of local dining.
