Walt Disney World have announced that the Feature Pool at Disney's Contemporary Resort will close for refurbishment on January 9, 2023.
If you find yourself staying at the Contemporary in early 2023, don't expect to enjoy a dip in the water at the resorts main "Feature Pool" because it's going to be closed for a lengthy refurbishment, commencing January 9, through until early April, 2023!
As well as the pool, the resorts whirlpool spas will also be closed, however Disney point out that the water play area and Bay Lake Pool will remain open.
Disney has also advised guests that they may see and hear noise while this refurbishment is underway, but they say that there should be no noise between dusk and 9am.
