The Edison in Disney Springs, will host its third annual Bartender’s Bash on August 20

Raise a glass to craft cocktails and competition for a cause at The Edison.

The Edison at Disney Springs, the industrial gothic-themed restaurant, bar and entertainment destination located within Town Center at Disney Spring, is gearing up to host the annual Bartender’s Bash on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. 

In this ever-popular event, Central Florida mixologists compete to create the best cocktails in town for a panel of local VIP judges as well as attendees.

This year, eight of Central Florida’s top mixologists from renowned locations such as The Edison, Morimoto Asia, La Cava, Yak & Yeti, and more will engage in spirited competition, aiming to win over palates with their delicious handcrafted cocktails.

During the event, guests will have the opportunity to sample and vote on these cocktails while indulging in perfectly paired bites prepared by The Edison’s culinary team at various food stations.

At the end of the night, there will be a silent auction benefiting Give Kids the World Village, a leading nonprofit offering cost-free vacations to critically ill children and their families.
