The Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom introduces ‘Pop-Up’ Menu coming this Fall

Get ready for a new lineup of flavors at The Diamond Horseshoe in Magic Kingdom.
Walt Disney World has revealed that new specially crafted food and drinks are coming soon to the Magic Kingdom, with The Diamond Horseshoe set to offer a new limited-time offering this fall.
The Diamond Horseshoe, located in Liberty Square, and themed to an Old West music hall, has until recently offered an an all-you-care-to-enjoy holiday inspired dinner menu.
The restaurant closed earlier this year to make way for the limited-time show, Jessie’s Roundup, which is part of Cool Kids’ Summer. This is expected to close when Cool Kids’ Summer ends on September 8, 2026, making way for a new pop-up dining experience.
Nothing says sharing a bite with friends like a beautiful – and delicious! – savory charcuterie board. Topped with cured beef, ‘fancy bacon’, smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar, and pickles, it’s a dream for all who step into The Diamond Horseshoe’s doors: fine city folk and cowboys alike!

And what’s better than a tasty drink to whet your whistle? Folks of all ages will love this fancy lemonade made with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry, and hot honey garnished with a chili-lime rim. (Non-alcoholic beverage)

And for those of you that love the family-style Thanksgiving dinner items from The Diamond Horseshoe, don’t fret; they will still be available next door at Liberty Tree Tavern.
