Ready your mind – and palate – for a night of wining, dining and learning at one of Orlando’s most unique food and wine events, Science of Wine

Enjoy an adults-only night out exploring OSC’s four floors of interactive exhibit halls, tasting gourmet hors d’oeuvres along the way from some of our favorite local restaurant partners.

Sip, savor and support the mission of Orlando Science Center on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 7 pm until 9 pm, at the annual Science of Wine fundraising event, benefiting the Orlando Science Center.

From activities, special seminars, and interactions with professional sommeliers and chefs, guests will be immersed in an array of fun and educational experiences!

Science of Wine is a unique wine and food tasting with an educational twist. This event offers a chance to celebrate with others who enjoy the culture of wine while also benefiting Orlando Science Center’s mission to “inspire science learning for life.”

The Science of Wine is not just another wine tasting, but an oenological odyssey with presentations on multiple aspects of wine growing and wine tasting in addition to samples of more than 150 fine wines from the world’s most important wine regions and some of the best food from your favorite region, Central Florida

Science of Wine benefits Orlando Science Center, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to inspire science learning for life. Your attendance at the event helps to support STEM education and accessibility.
