Earlier this week, owner of The Current, Mike Smith announced that their second location at

2425 Edgewater Dr, College Park, Orlando was finally ready to open following an extensive remodelling of the building that was once home to Jade Sushi.

While the restaurant awaits it Beer/Wine/Liquor permits, they are firing up the kitchen for a series of soft openings.

The restaurant is not announcing a Grand Opening just yet, as they would rather do a couple of weeks of soft openings, all the while executing a smooth dinner service.

The Current is hosting a series of reservation-only dinner services via Facebook, where you can sign up to receive an event invite to pre-purchase an entrée, which will serve as your reservation for that evenings service.

There will be more detailed instructions on how to order and how it will work the night of each event.
